To date I've developed and maintain guides to help folks locate:
Sean Pecor, the President and Mad Scientist of Digital Spinner, Inc., enjoys building web sites. This particular addiction began way back in 1996 when Sean was hired by a "new media" firm to help develop the world's first web-based municipal bond auction system. Never mind that he knew nothing about the Web, and even less about bond trading. Back then, details like that didn't seem to matter. By 1997, Sean was fully hooked on the Web. He started his own little web design company from an apartment in Burlington, Vermont. By 2001, Sean had amassed a long list of clients in multiple industries throughout the U.S., in Canada and the U.K. But as he hammered away on Web sites and Intranets for other people, Sean's little side project, a web designer directory, began to take on a life of its own. In June of 2002, Sean fired all of his clients (yay!) and began focusing entirely on his directory site. Marketingtool.com, as it came to be known, eventually grew into nine separate vendor categories and was the largest and most popular directory of its kind.

Sean and family moved to Boones Mill, Virginia in 2005. Together with his wife, Sean owns and operates a pastoral 128 acre horse farm set along the Blue Ridge mountains. For much of 2005, 2006 and 2007, Sean focused on the farm. However, in September, 2007, with the farm established, Sean began splitting his time evenly between the farm and the Web. Since then, Marketingtool.com has been spun off into nine separate sovereign web sites, and eight additional resource sites are online. Much, much more is under development in the mad scientists' laboratory. There are many more vendor resource guides under development. Sean is also developing several new web-based business ventures that will be unleashed in early 2008.

Sean rapidly develops powerful and modular dynamic web sites that are of a high quality. He is the sole graphic/web designer, copywriter (it shows), system administrator, business developer, search marketing specialist, seo guru, and software architect for all of his web properties. Sean concentrates on developing quality content-rich web guides that place well in organic search engine results. For years he's maintained a strict code of SEO ethics and considers himself a "White Hat" SEO specialist. So if you are of the opinion that his web sites are ranking too well and that he must be doing something dodgy then I'm afraid you'd be dissappointed to learn that all of his engines are running on plain old pump gas. Of course, his engines are all bored out and blown. Your mileage may vary.
